Place an Investment

Once you make a contribution to your chosen real estate investment, your funds are transferred to a holding account until the final funding target is reached. If the project fails to reach its target, your funds are refunded back to you.  Once the project's funding target is reached, your funds are combined with other like-minded investors and utilized to finalize the investment. You will enjoy monthly or quarterly profit distributions in proportion to your investment.

Exit Strategy

For each investment, MultiVestment will determine the optimal holding period.   The holding period is specifically designed to minimize risk and maximize return on your investment. At the conclusion of the holding period, our brokerage team will determine the ideal selling price and then handle all aspects for the sale of the property.  Once sold, you will be paid back your principal investment plus any additional return on your investment..
